EXILIS ULTRA 360 delivers a simultaneous combination of monopolar radio frequency, ultrasound to both the superficial skin and deep layers of the dermis for multiple benefits. This controlled heating of the skin stimulates fibroblast activity whilst disrupting old weakened collagen fibres, resulting in stimulation of new collagen and elastin formation. By targeting the deep dermal layers with heat, this will have a lifting, tightening effect for areas such as sagging jowls, whilst simultaneously targeting the superficial layers, this will help to plump and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The overall skin will result in a smoother, rejuvenated and radiant complexion.

Single or multiple areas can be treated in one session. As we know that it may only be a certain area of concern we have the following treatment options available – Upper face, lower face, neck, full face, full face and neck.

We advise a course of 4-6 sessions 7-10 days apart – this can be followed by maintenance treatments that will be discussed by your practitioner depending on your individual needs.

Even after your very first session you may notice your skin feeling more radiant and rejuvenated, however for full results new collagen and elastin needs to be produced and this process can take anything from around 4-6 weeks and continues for up to 12 weeks after treatments. It is this collagen stimulating effect that will give the desired skin lifting and tightening effects.

Prior to any treatment at Staffordshire Skin & Laser Clinic a full medical consultation and assessment will be carried out to ensure there are no treatment contraindications as your safety is our priority.
Although suitable for most people the procedure is not suitable for any of the following:
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Pacemaker or internal defibrillator or Internal electronic devices
• Metal implants including the copper coil or dental braces close to the treatment area
• Deep (ablative) chemical peel or resurfacing treatment in last 3 months
• Active skin infection or inflammation including eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis
• Active cold sores in the treatment area
• Impaired immunity, poor wound healing or bleeding disorders
• Accutane within the last months
• Immune disorders such as Scleroderma
• Radiation therapy
• Kidney or liver disease
• Cardiovascular disease
• Varicose veins in the treatment area
• Certain radiologic procedures
• Skin sensitivity disorders, Lupus

Need to be hydrated, skin cleansed and prepped.

During your treatment you will be lying comfortably on a couch and your practitioner will place a grounding pad on your back to allow the radiofrequency energy to be delivered. A cool conductive cream will be applied to your skin followed by the Exilis handpiece. As treatment begins you will feel circular motions with the handpiece and you will feel the skin gradually beginning to heat up. The area may feel a little tender and hot during the treatment however once the handpiece is removed from the skin this instantly settles.
